4. Speeding (County) - If not a school zone and less than 25 miles over.
4. Failure to Devote Full Attention (no accident)
5. No Driver License
6. Violation of Registration
7. Violation of Financial Law
8. No Driver's License (THP)
9. Violation of Registration Law (THP)
10. Violation of Financial Law (THP)
